The main target during the working process on this apartment was the creation of comfort for all its residents. The result was an apartment with a non-typical layout, designed in laconic colors which is the standard execution of Scandinavian style that looks especially organic in the apartments of old fund. Customer set the task clearly: bright interior and minimum of custom-made furniture. Professionalism of the interior designer enabled the creation of a flawless interior and a consistent color scheme. Basically, all the interior items — from democratic brands and customer's desires were fully realized.
Just have look at the impeccable harmony of the sofa with the decoration, and extraordinary lamps complementing all the composition.
Creating the design project of the apartment was complicated by the layout in the old fund manner where almost all the walls are load-bearing, which highly limited the interior designer. In order to achieve maximum functionality it was decided to divide the spacious rooms with noncontinuous partitions. This helped to create a full dressing room in the bedroom and two zones in the bathroom. The apartment also got a large kitchen-dining room, a full living room and a children's room.
Blue color was chosen as the main one and was diluted with yellow accents in the living room — it was a customer's desire. All the other rooms are designed in concise and neutral manner: shades of gray in the bedroom and kitchen, and gray tiles harmonize with wooden furniture of warm colors in the bathroom.
Everything is thought in all the details, in the kitchen there is a practical and convenient storage organization system, everything is within an easy reach. In the living room there is a unique armchair made of metal and walnut, in the bathroom there is a ceramic tile with original geometric print. All these details complement the color schemes so that the residents can enjoy the interior and feel comfort from day to day.
Pay your attention that the bed looks extremely amazing on the background of the gray walls, a laconic coffee table and a pendant lamp allow reading favorite books before going to bed, and a gold-framed mirror gives a gloss and completes the interior.
In all the rooms, accent walls are designed at the same color scheme as the rest, but the color is more saturated, and the unequal division made it possible to save the rooms' proportions. The texture was achieved due to the right chosen cornices and moldings — they perfectly fit into the restrained Scandinavian style.
Special attention was paid to the details of every single room, no functionality and conciseness!
It's worth paying attention to the gray tiles in the bathroom that imitate stone, while the wooden furniture creates an atmosphere of natural interior. Moreover, the wardrobes were made to the special order.
The apartment's design project was fully implemented, so that the customer was satisfied.
